Someone (or a bunch of someones) keeps dumping litter near the end of our driveway and over the small bridge a couple of feet from our driveway, and I swear I've contemplated posting a sign about surveillance cameras (there are none, but, so what). I cannot <i>stand</i> litterbugs! Even if it's not enough to get them with illegal dumping, littering period is illegal in your state.
