How much does it cost and how do I pay you?

Pricing varies from event to event, and will be listed in USD (United States Dollars). You’ll pay with a credit or debit card when you reserve your spot; enrollment is nonrefundable.

What kinds of entrepreneurs are your masterclasses for?

Service-based entrepreneurs like coaches, therapists, healers, changeworkers, consultants, and similar will find my live events and self-paced content ridiculously helpful.

Do I have to be on camera during the masterclass?

If you raise your hand to be coached live on the call I will ask you to turn your camera so we can see each other while we’re talking directly; if that’s not possible for you, no worries — you can ask your question in the chat!

For the rest of the call whether you have your camera on is up to you and what best supports your learning and comfort.

How will I get the Zoom link?

You will receive a confirmation/reminder email containing the Zoom link after purchase and shortly before any live event.

How will I get the class materials to follow along? Do I have to?

For live events, you’ll receive an email with the link to download the any relevant class materials shortly before the live call. This link will also be shared in the chat during the course of the live call.

It’s not required to use worksheets or other materials provided, but most folks report finding it useful for note-taking during the call and as a memory jogger later. I trust you to decide whether you use it or not based on what best supports your learning and experience.

I can’t attend the masterclass live because work/kids/school/time zones/etc; is there a replay?

Unless otherwise noted, a replay will be available for any live class. Once the recording is processed after the live event, you’ll receive an email with instructions for accessing the replay. To ensure you don’t miss this, make sure you’re subscribed to my email list and have registered for any class or event you wish to attend via replay.

I need captions/transcript for Zoom calls; can you support me?

Zoom’s auto-generated captions/transcript will be live throughout the event and will be available with the replay for those who need them; please feel free to shoot me an email requesting the transcript once you receive the recording link.

I use assistive technology for audio; can you support me?

You will be able to join any live Zoom calls using either telephone or computer audio; please coordinate with your telecommunications relay provider on how best to receive their support in the context of a live Zoom meeting.

Auto-generated captions/ transcript will be available live during the call and on request with the replay.

The chat function will be enabled during any live events, so you can ask questions using that feature if using TTY or other relay/support tools is not practical or available to you
